Digital World Acquisition Corporation is a pretty prophetic name, because that’s what Trump’s goal is. To use this corporation to acquire the entire digital world. Which takes it away from all the goons currently playing self appointed gatekeepers and national censors.
DAWC, the public company that the Trump organization announced a partnership with yesterday to merge with TMTG (The Trump Media Group) was at around $9 before the announcement and is over $70 a share now.
In case you don't know, the money raised will go towards the enterprise value of the firm when they fully merge.
Why does that matter to you?
The higher the EV of the firm, the more money they can raise.
Additionally, the Board of Directors of any public firm has a fiduciary responsibility to consider and often times accept an offer from an outside investor to purchase their firm at a higher price than their valuation.
Also, if you remember the corporate raiders of the 1980s (see: Gordon Gecko) there is also an opportunity for a firm to purchase majority shares in a target firm to take a majority of board seats.
If TMTG can raise enough money, they can either purchase or buy the majority of shares / board seats for any fake news outlets that are publicly traded and have lied to us continually for the past 5 years (actually for much longer than that).
Politico was just purchased by a conservative German billionaire.
'Memeber when Trump said that the Fake News would look very different in a few years?
If they raise enough money, they can do that NOW!!!
I'm not giving investment advice here, but I am saying that the more that stock price is driven up, the more Fake News outlets The Trump Media Org (TM
TG) can purchase, IF that's their goal.
Full disclosure: I bought a nice amount of shares to do my part.
I don't have any insider info on this but given the SPAC formation of the TMTG firm (specific structure to buy / aquire other firms), previous comments by President Trump and valuations it is something that jumped out at me.
Lesco Brandon is now attending school board meetings. 😎
Here we go.
The Supreme Court has agreed to hear arguments in the DOJ v Texas heartbeat abortion law case.
Notable: It takes 4 justices to agree to hear a case, but it takes 5 to overturn a lower court ruling or issue a Temporary Restraining Order.
It seems the court has enough justices willing to take up the case, but not enough to overturn the law or issue a TRO, thus the bill remains in effect pending a final ruling.
Looks like Jake Sullivan (Biden's National Security Adviser) is in trouble.
Fusion researchers were in regular contact with both Sussmann and Elias about the project in the summer and fall of 2016. Sullivan also personally met with Elias, who briefed him on Fusion's opposition research, according to the sources.
Sullivan maintained in congressional testimony in December 2017 that he didn’t know of Fusion’s involvement in the Alfa Bank opposition research. In the same closed-door testimony before the House Intelligence Committee, he also denied knowing anything about Fusion in 2016 or who was conducting the opposition research for the campaign.
It turns out that the supposed “secret server" was housed in the small Pennsylvania town of Lititz, and not Trump Tower in New York City, and it was operated by a marketing firm based in Florida called Cendyn that routinely blasts out emails promoting multiple hotel chains. Simply put, the third-party server sent spam to Alfa Bank employees who used Trump hotels. The bank had maintained a New York office since 2001.
“The FBI’s investigation revealed that the email server at issue was not owned or operated by the Trump Organization but, rather, had been administrated by a mass-marketing email company that sent advertisements for Trump hotels and hundreds of other clients,” Durham wrote in his indictment.
Nonetheless, Jones and Sullivan kept promoting the canard as true.
According to the sources, Durham also has found evidence Sussmann misled the CIA, another front in the scandal being reported here for the first time. In December 2016, the sources say Sussmann phoned the general counsel at the agency and told her the same story about the supposed secret server – at the same time the CIA was compiling a national intelligence report that accused Putin of meddling in the election to help Trump win.
Just woke up from a nap and a dream about Durham. In the dream, someone pointed out that he has "Authority of action."
Think strategically, and expect surprises from Trump. He has a lot of leverage over many media companies to either acquire or destroy them in lawsuits.
Sue for damages
Stock price tanks
Pressure to settle
Make a deal
Take settlement award plus execute hostile market take over at same time, if you have the $ to do it, and your actions pushed the stock price down far enough.
Am I saying that's what Trump will do?
No, I'm just considering possible moves on the board.
Trump will most likely do something unexpected.
Dreams can illustrate many things. The dream below was shared by a friend. It reveals how some people view intellectualism.
Just had a dream:
I was an intellectual living in a community with other intellectuals- felt like a ivy league college town out east. I had more faith in technology than in God. Faith the way others believe in God.
It was so strange to have actual faith, heart-burning belief, in technology’s ability to save the world. It was like love or worship for it.
It was a part of my every day thought-life and the pursuit of my heart. I ruminated all the time, turning the potential of technology over and over in my mind-while I was out shopping 🛒🛍 for clothes, for instance. It was like I was in love with it- worshipping it in my heart all the time.
It made me sick when I woke up.
