The President will get familiar with the clinical and research activities of the centre’s divisions. Later, in the Kremlin, Vladimir Putin will take part in an official event marking the anniversary of the Federal Medical-Biological Agency, where he will present state decorations to the agency’s employees. 🔸Around a million families receive maternity capital; the programme was extended through 2026.

🔸On January 1, 2023, a flat-rate benefit for families with children from birth to 17 years will begin. The authorities will closely monitor this payment.

🔸The job market is stable, unemployment is at a low of 3.9%. Nominal monthly wages rose by 12.7% in the eight months of this year.

🔸Importantly, average income growth, especially for families with children, should overtake inflation. Inflation is steadily trending downward and should drop to about 5% in the first quarter of 2023.

🔸Additional opportunities and incentives must be provided for parents to go back to work, to upgrade their skills and to find new well-paying jobs.

🔸The subsistence level was adjusted by 8.6% as of January 1, and was increased again by 10% on June 1. The related social benefits have also been adjusted.

2022-11-09 16:10:51: Vladimir Putin signed an Executive Order on Approving Basic Principles of State Policy for the Preservation and Strengthening of Traditional Spiritual and Moral Values The document defines traditional values as the basis of Russian society allowing to protect and strengthen Russia’s sovereignty as well as to ensure the unity of the multiethnic and multi-religious country. The state policy for the preservation and strengthening of traditional values will apply to education, upbringing, youth affairs, culture, science, interethnic and interreligious relations, media, mass communications, and international cooperation.
